EXSEEDS JAPAN’s origin and feelings toward customers are eternal

Harmony between beauty and health is expected to be necessary in our future society. The purpose of founding EXSEEDS JAPAN was to assist people in acting as seeds to bear wonderful fruit on our planet through product development, technology and information. I have continued to manage the Company based on this purpose.

Society underwent drastic changes before the beauty industry was recognized as a true force.

Even amidst such conditions, EXSEEDS JAPAN will continue to exist as a meaningful company without losing sight of our origin, and will also act sincerely to fulfill the trust of our customers.

I expect that all of our employees will continue to push forward with the same sense of purpose.

Approaches to the SDGs

EXSEEDS JAPAN will contribute to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Under the management philosophy of "Delivering the seeds of beauty to all people," EXSEEDS JAPAN will continue to do what we can to help not only the beauty industry, but also everyone involved in the world we live in. And now, nine of our initiatives have been certified.
We will continue our activities to contribute to the SDGs.

"Donations to KODOMO SHOKUDO(children's cafeterias)" through the publication of "KIBOU NO WA(Circle of Hope)".

Registration as a "company that promotes the advancement of women" and establishment of an "executive instructor certification system".

Use FSC certified paper and vegetable ink.

Reduced costs by going paperless through the digitization of contracts and time clock.
